![]() CMOSIS CMV20000 is setting new standards in delivering high image quality for applications demanding high resolution along with high definition images. These sensors didn’t develop overnight, rather they penlight the constant efforts of image technology experts for developing such a product which meets the needs of industry-driven applications. These sensors entail best combination of resolution, image quality, speed and image consistency by utilizing latest global shutter pixel technology for offering a full resolution of 20MP in the 12-bit mode at 30 fps. CMOSIS sensors are comprised of sophisticated pixel array 6.4μm x 6.4μm and 12-bit 18 digital LVDs output pairs for transference of image data to the nearby system for aiding noise-free imaging. This pipelined pixel architecture allows exposure during readout, while performing true correlated double sampling (CDS)function. The image sensor also integrates off-set regulation and programmable gain amplifier. The SPI interface is used to peform multiple functions i.e. to activate the on-chip sequencer, to control on-chip temperature sensor and for programming. The CMOSIS CMV20000 sensor perform programming of row-windowing mode through SPI interface which resultantly leads to high frame rates up to 30 fps. The programming of external exposure is also possible, while internal exposure and read-out timings are programmed by using an on-board sequencer. The SPI interface loads image data in the sequencer along with performing various programming functions such as windowing, gain & offset and sub-sampling. This high sensitivity sensor performs exceptionally than other sensors for providing additional sensor features i.e. fixed pattern noise, Parasitic light sensitivity 1/50000, row-windowing mode, 12-bit ADC output, SPI control function, on-chip temperature sensor and timing generation, High dynamic range mode, active pixels at 5120 x 3840 on a pitch of 6.4um ,16 LVDs at 480 MHz, 30 frames per second, Master clock 40MHz, and X-Y mirroring function. Moreover, they minimize the need for any frame grabbers as they constitute automatic level control for providing high definition imaging results. The out-class sensitivity and highly dynamic nature of these sensors account for consistent image evaluation at high frame rates. The outstanding shutter efficiency as instituted by these sensors captures fast-moving objects with blur-free imaging. The high sensitivity sensors offer reduced system costs with optimized image capturing results. The high-resolution CMOSIS CMV20000 sensors meet the requirements of diverse machine vision applications being compatible with dual CameraLink and GigE Vision interface. These sensors enable high quality image acquisition by encompassing high dynamic processes for low noise considerations for achieving maximum sensitivity to aid needs of industrial applications.
